Workshop on functional test integrated with boundary scan

On next April 6th 2016, in collaboration with National Instrumets Italia and XJTAG, IPSES organized a workshop on functional testing combined with boundary scan technique.

The workshop, for a limited number, will show the potential of an integrated approach to functional-boudary in the field of testing and how it is possible to combine the two techniques into a single test station with a single user interface.
The workshop will be held at the National Instruments Milan Direction Center. Milanofiori North, Assago - Milan.
