EOL Test station for functional testing on RF transmitters of car keys based on NI platform

Modular and standard test system capable of generating RF signals and interacting with the electronic keys and their relevant control units in a short time and with high reliability. The test platform has been developed using modules produced by 6TL integrating a PXI chassis equipped with an RF modulator and a relay matrix board. Two fixtures with bed of nails allow contacting the DUT in a perfectly isolated electromagnetically environment. The management software has been designed with LabVIEW and TestStand.
